CloudBlend ("the App") is a personal inventory and reference tool for hookah/shisha flavors, operated by Mykyta Ulianov ("we", "us", "our"). It helps you catalog the flavors you own and offers mix ideas for reference. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using CloudBlend, you agree to the practices described here.
- What data we collect
- Account information — your email address and name, provided through authentication (including Google sign-in or an anonymous guest session).
- App content — the flavors you add to your inventory, your taste preferences, desired strength, and the mix ideas you save.
- Subscription data — your subscription status and purchase history, handled through the app stores and our payment provider. We never receive or store your full payment-card details.
- Technical data — device and usage information such as IP address, app version, language, and cookies or local storage, used to operate and improve the service.
- How we use your data
- To suggest hookah mix ideas for reference, based on the flavors in your inventory and the preferences you provide.
- To save your collection, settings, and generated mixes across sessions and devices.
- To manage your account, subscriptions, and access to premium features.
- To provide support and to maintain, secure, and improve the App.

- Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted providers that process data on our behalf, such as:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting, where your account, preferences, and mixes are stored.
- Google Gemini — the AI service used to provide mix suggestions. The flavors and preferences you submit are sent to Google to produce recommendations.
- RevenueCat and the Apple App Store / Google Play — to process and validate subscriptions and in-app purchases.
Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy and applicable data-protection terms.
- Data sharing
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We share data only with the service providers listed above, and only as needed to operate the App.
- We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
- Data retention
- We keep your data for as long as your account is active.
- When you delete your account, the associated data is deleted, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.
- Storage and security
- Data is stored with Supabase and protected using modern security standards, including encryption in transit.
- No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
- International data transfers
- Our providers may process and store data on servers located outside your country. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are applied to protect your data.
- Your rights
- Access — you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Deletion — you can delete your account and all associated data at any time, from within the App or by contacting us.
- Correction — you can update your account information.
- Withdraw consent — you can stop using the App and revoke permissions at any time.

- Age restriction
- CloudBlend relates to hookah and tobacco products and is intended only for adults of legal smoking age in their jurisdiction.
- The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the legal age. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

- We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
